这场比赛，最终湖人队错失绝杀机会，热火险胜，将系列赛的比分带到了3-2。而湖人队这场比赛中，出现了多次失误，对于一直这样的球队阵容，出现这些失误是非常不应该的。首先就是在第一节的时候，霍华德在边线发球，可是球直接发到了热火队的手里，让热火轻松取得了两分，这是一次非常低级的失误。而湖人队对此并没有警觉起来。

两队正常比赛打的如火如荼，比分也一直是焦灼不下。到了比赛的最后一刻，双方的比分也是十分焦灼。当湖人队叫掉了最后一个暂停，准备布置一个战术，而当实行的时候，詹姆斯突破，不料受到多人包夹，无奈之下，将球传给外线无人防守的丹尼格林，丹尼格林出手，球弹框而出。莫里斯抢到了关键篮板，可是接下来莫里斯出现了一个致命的失误，拿到球的莫里斯没有将球传给空位的詹姆斯以及格林，却传给了内线活动范围受限制的戴维斯，导致传球出界。这个失误，几乎葬送了比赛。希望湖人队下一场改善状态，让球迷看到他们的改善。
